Seeing this ice cream scoop by Cuisipro makes me think of all the block stacking I did as a kid. These would be really cute layered on top of a brownie. Better yet, sandwiched between some spongecake sprinkled with strawberries.

Last year, my mom got me a BakersEdge brownie pan. For those of you out there who love the corner pieces of the brownies…man is this product for you. I highly recommend.
With all this rain in Brooklyn, methinks it’s time to go home and bake a batch. The roommate and I can curl up on the couch, do a little work, and catch up on The Amazing Race.

Katy Kelley

Marinated in NPR, sauteed in Hip Hop, garnished lightly with Kung-Fu movies, washed down with a Guinness and served with a side order of cleverness. Has been described as “Mary Tyler Moore meets Pee-Wee Herman”.

Delightfully ambiguous with a dollop of intellect. Chilling in Brooklyn, NY.
