Hey what if someone invented a machine that allowed women to transfer their pregnancies to men and then the government passed a law that if a woman didn’t want to have a baby the biological father was required to carry it. How fast do you think birth control would stop being an issue?

OMG YES WHY HAS THIS NEVER BEEN MENTIONED

"No, you can’t deny women their basic rights and pretend it’s about your ‘religious freedom.’ If you don’t like birth control, don’t use it. Religious freedom doesn’t mean you can force others to live by your own beliefs."

"They’re fucking gross, man. Look, I love beautiful girls too. I think everyone should be free to have their knee socks and their sweaty shorts, but I’m over it. I’m over this weird, exhausted girl. I’m over the girl that’s tired and freezing and hungry. I like bossy girls, I always have. I like people filled with life. I’m over this weird media thing with all this, like, hollow-eyed, empty, party crap."

Why I’m Against Seeing SATC2

“SATC2 takes everything that I hold dear as a woman and as a human—working hard, contributing to society, not being an entitled cunt like it’s my job—and rapes it to death with a stiletto that costs more than my car.” - Lindy West

"She was in the conference room, pouring a cup of coffee, when the other company’s executives and lawyers walked in. They proceeded to discuss the lowest bid they would accept, as if she wasn’t there. ‘They assumed I was the admin,’ or secretary, she says. When the group sat down to negotiate, she adds, ‘Their faces went white as ghosts.’"

I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW ANGRY THIS MAKES ME (using all caps is a start)
productiveatwork:

There’s photoshop and then there’s this …
A Florida judge awarded custody of a 1-year-old boy to the foster family he’d been living with, saying the boy was “happy and thriving.”
The adoptive parents, however, happen to be gay.
And that didn’t sit well with the Florida Family Policy Council of Orlando, who sent out an alert to its members about the judge’s “arrogant judicial activism.”
On the left is the picture that the Policy Council used to illustrate the gay couple that was awarded custody. On the right is the actual couple.

Marinated in NPR, sauteed in Hip Hop, garnished lightly with Kung-Fu movies, washed down with a Guinness and served with a side order of cleverness. Has been described as “Mary Tyler Moore meets Pee-Wee Herman”.

Delightfully ambiguous with a dollop of intellect. Chilling in Brooklyn, NY.
